Returns:

We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition.

Your return MUST be sent via Royal Mail signed for service (please retain your proof of postage). We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. This postal fee will only be refunded if you are returning damaged products.

Please include the following in order for us to process your refund:

1) Customer name

2) Email and telephone number

3) Order Number

4) Return to: Returns, Not Before Tea, 27 Peacock House, Top of the Hill, Lidlington, Beds. MK43 0QT

Your refund will be issued within 7 days of return safely arriving at Not Before Tea and will be issued via pay pal.
